Sexual Energy 2/6

As stated earlier in my Journals;

LIGHT = ENERGY = EMOTION= INFORMATION.

All of these words are interchangeable depending on content. Light is the bearer of all energies.  Energies that are felt in the body are referred to as emotions.  Those emotions bring information to the body.  Sexual energy is no different and it is felt in the SACRAL region, which is located in front of the Sacrum of the spinal column. Why is this area sacred??  Who named it and why??  Ever wonder how our body parts were named??  It all has an origin and it’s fascinating.  The os sacrum (sacred bone) was named by the Romans.  Its latin attributes mean “sacred” or “holy”.  The Romans borrowed this notion from the Egyptians.  The role of this bone was in the protection of the genitalia which they considered sacred.  They understood that this primordial energy was the power source that fueled the body to create. Sexual Energy has a biological, mental, and spiritual aspect to it.  When energy is felt in this region we can interpret it in many ways.   The most common emotion felt is sexual energy or libido.  Its is an earth energy or a primordial energy used for procreation. But just like all energy when it’s introduced into the body our minds immediately want to identify it.  We determine that energy according to our past experiences.  Each individual feels and interprets energy differently because everyone experiences are different.  But what I want to focus on, is on the idea that this specific emotion that we feel in the sacral region is just energy. I would like to keep it nameless because in reality is just energy that we can use for many different purposes.  When the energy is felt, the mind registers the emotion and we act upon it. Our mental program will determine what we are going to do with that energy. It is a decision we make.  Can we MASTER that energy?? Will it be LOVE or LUST?? Can we manage it or will it control us??

The ancient were correct, this energy is the most important and powerful energy we have.  It is sacred and we can harness it, channel it,  and have dominion over it.  We can literally create anything we want with it besides babies.  This energy is alway available. Just close your eyes and think of sexual thoughts…in just a few minutes your body will start reacting to those thoughts.  Blood will start to rush into your genitalia. You see how powerful you are??  The blood is rushing into your genitalia because that is where the energy is located and your thoughts are directing that energy there.  In this exercise, we consciously used our mind, but in reality, the energy is always there. It is a primordial energy that is always present and we can draw from it whenever we want. If we can draw from this energy whenever we want, we then need to be careful on how we use this energy.  The miss use of this energy has its consequences and it is evident on our lives. This creative energy, unequivocally, shape our lives.  The thing is that we were never taught how to manage this energy.  We only use it for 2 purposes, either for procreation or self pleasure. The great ones figured it out how to harness this energy.

What if there is a way to move the energy from the sacral region up to the solar plex area?? Or the Heart area?? Or the throat area?? Or the pineal Glad (third eye)?? Or the Crown??  What I am proposing is that every time we are sexually aroused by lust, we can harness and channel that  energy away from self sexual gratification and channel it into purpose.  Proper management and mastery of this energy allows us to enjoy sexual energy with the one you love with purpose.  That is LOVE, not lust. The amazing part of exchange is that it’s fulfilling, it expands your energy from one person to the next.  It also can expand into a third…a baby. Energy is not lost….You don’t lose energy, it’s enriched .  But when lust is present, we usually do one 1 of 3 things, we expel that energy with ourselves through masterbation, or have meaningless sex with a partner for selfish pleasure or we suppressing that energy.  All of these options come with a feeling of emptiness, guilt and depression. Suppression always leads to Depression.  This primordial energy is extremely powerful and suppressing this energy will eventually destroy the body.  All the mystics, great masters and saints did not suppress their energy, they channeled it.  If you read their writing it is evident how they did this. You don’t need to be a guru to do these things.  We are just mismanaging this energy it.  I believe that we have been programmed not to use our creativity energy all together.  With the over sexualization and pornography in our modern day society, this creative energy has being sucked out of our bodies.  But when we learn how to harnessing lust, we can channel that potent energy to manifest OUR TRUE PURPOSE.  We can use that fuel to create poetry, write songs, compose music, create beautiful art, build beautiful things.  The list is endless of all the things we can do. But instead, we are purposefully being overwhelmed with lust with all social media outlets, music, TV programs, movies, and pornography at our fingertips 24/7.   If you know your history, all of this started with the sexual revolution in 1950’s and by now, 75 years later, all of our creativity has been watered down.  The majority of the things that are created today are dull and downright “vanilla”.  Look at our “modern Art”,  listen to the main stream music they produced today, look at our architecture today.  Now, go back 100 years, 200 years, go back 10,000 years. Look at all the masterpieces compared to now. We have 4 times the population and 10x less creativity on earth. Why???…..They have taken our creativity away from us. They have over sexualized us, and in doing so, they have depleted our creative energy.  We are constantly throwing away our creative energy and not allowing it to rise up thought our bodies as before.  To make things worse, now we have AI to create for us taking away the little we have left.  If you truly understand the power behind this energy you would use it to manifest amazing things just like we did in that past.
