Sexual Energy 5/6

The only way to elevate our sexual energy from our lower faculties is by directing it into the heart. One of the most effective ways to do this is by drawing the energy directly from the sacrum—our creative center. This energy is always present and available in that area, waiting to be activated and redirected.

There are a few techniques to achieve this. Let me share the one that works best for me as a man.

I begin by sitting in a meditative position, clearing my mind and focusing on my breath. After a minute or two, I shift into a specific breathing pattern: short, strong inhalations through the nose followed by longer, forceful but controlled exhalations through the mouth. Each time I exhale, I engage the muscles of the perineum (my anus)—the same muscles used to hold back urine when you need to pee.  So the rhythm goes like this: a quick inhale through the nose, a long exhale through the mouth, while tightening those lower muscles.

As I breathe this way, I visualize my sexual energy rising along my spine with every exhale. Visualization is a key component of this practice. With each breath, I focus my awareness on the middle of my forehead. You’ll begin to feel a subtle swelling or pressure in your head every time you contract those muscles and move the energy upward.

At first, this sensation may feel unfamiliar—even strange. That’s because you're stimulating your pineal gland, which rarely receives focused attention in this way.  Think back to how we stimulate our genitals by directing our energy and allowing blood flow into our sexual gland.  It takes a few moments for the blood and energy to swell up the gland and feel a sensation.  We’re doing something similar here—but instead of directing that energy downward, we’re guiding it upward, through the heart and into the brain.  After several rounds of breathing and muscle engagement, you’ll feel a kind of “arousal” in the pineal gland.  This gland is swelling up with blood and energy. It’s a new and subtle sensation, and because the brain isn’t used to it, it may not know how to categorize the emotion. It might feel confusing at first—but that’s okay.

What’s important to remember is that this energy has always been present. Your subconscious uses it constantly. But now, you’re consciously directing it—starting from the sacrum, moving through the heart, and arriving at the pineal gland. Along the way, it passes through the heart—the center of your being—where it absorbs either your virtues or your vices. What happens next depends on what’s in your heart.

This energy is neither good nor bad—it simply is. What you create with it will reflect the intentions you hold. When you learn to master and elevate it, you open the door to conscious creation—guided not by desire or impulse, but by clarity, purpose, and inner alignment.

Our upper faculties are composed of the 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras. As energy rises from the 4th chakra—the heart, our neutral center—the next point it encounters is the 5th meridian: the throat chakra.

The throat is our voice. It is where we create physical vibration—where we speak to ourselves and to others, where we pray and meditate. We use our voice to strengthen and elevate our vibration, allowing us to push sexual energy even deeper into the pineal gland. This is where chanting, affirmations, and mantras come into play. Words carry power, and how we use them makes a profound difference.

How we speak to ourselves has a direct influence on the heart. We cleanse the upper faculties through our inner dialogue. So ask yourself: Are you kind to yourself? Or do you criticize every mistake? Do you curse your path when life doesn’t go your way? Your voice holds immense power—it is a chakra point for a reason.  Do not, for a moment, underestimate the importance of your voice. That would be a massive mistake. Your sexual energy must pass through the throat-the 6th chakra- before it reaches the pineal gland.

When the energy finally reaches the pineal gland, clarity emerges. Awareness awakens. It is the realm of “aha” moments—the place where the light turns on and illumination begins. This is the third eye, the center of true vision. The pineal gland can pick up high frequencies of energy—spiritual energy. It receives, decodes, and relays this information to us.

However, this gland can often be calcified—damaged by poor diets, heavy metals, chemicals in our food, air, water, and medications. It may take time to activate and heal, depending on the level of damage.

Sometimes, despite our efforts, we may not yet receive spiritual insight from this gland. This isn’t because it isn’t working—it’s because our sexual energy hasn’t fully ascended to this level. We haven’t yet conquered our lower faculties. Lust still has a grip on us. We can not fool the system. The truth is that we have not matured yet.

God will only reveal our true purpose when we’re ready—when we can command our bodies and expand our virtues. Full access and authority come only after the vices are washed from our hearts.

Think about it: Would you hand a loaded gun to a child? Of course not. Why? Because he has not matured—he could hurt himself or others with that power. In the same way, our Father-God- will not grant more power until we’re ready. Look at what we’ve done with the little power we were given. Look at the hurt we've caused. That’s why, as we master our lower faculties, God grants us access to the pineal gland.

The pineal gland is the seat of gnosis. It not only attunes to spiritual vibrations but also interprets the information locked in our DNA—ancestral knowledge that lives within us. It is the gateway to the intelligence of nature. All of nature is reflected within our bodies. All universal minerals exist within us. We hold infinite wisdom, and this wisdom is accessible only through the 6th chakra.

But this information comes gradually, as we grow more virtuous. It is not revealed all at once. The body couldn’t handle that intensity. As knowledge begins to flow from the pineal gland, energy rises and pours out through the crown chakra—the 7th chakra. This is where divine energy pours out and begins its return to the heart.

As the energy circles back to the heart, it gathers vibrations from our environment. This is why it’s important to keep our surroundings clean—physically, mentally, emotionally. The heart receives this returning energy, filled with new wisdom, for one reason:  for your DISCERNMENT.  We have free will.  We get to choose what actions we are going to take with this new information that has been revealed to us.  The choice is always yours.

If you CARE enough to follow this inner guidance, which is your true purpose, it will be embedded in your heart. And once it’s there, your lower faculties will pick it up and fill the sacral chakra—your sacred creative center. From there, it will ignite the solar plexus, fueling your gut with divine fire. That fire becomes action, and your purpose will begin to manifest in the physical world.

Why? Because now, you are aligned with God.  You’ve shown your Father that you’ve matured—that you’re worthy of the promise of Christ.

Our higher faculties represent our immortal energy. It is immortal because, when we fulfill our divine purpose, we are immortalized. Your purpose might be to write a song that changes the world. To write a book that impacts hundreds—or thousands—of lives. Your purpose might be to raise a single child who becomes a world-changer, just as Mary raised Jesus.

Or perhaps your purpose is to become so virtuous that you break the chains of inner slavery—and in doing so, liberate your children and generations to come.

Whatever your purpose is, God will reveal it to you with absolute clarity—when you are truly ready.

All you have to do is CARE—care enough to master yourself, to govern your body, to elevate your mind, and to cleanse your heart. When you do, you will be able to command. You will step into dominion—just as God promised.
