There are 3 requirements for problem solving:
Recognize that there is a problem. You must come AWARE that a problem exists. Fear-based DENIEL of the problem must first be dealt with and conquered. You cannot change what you are not aware of.
You need to recognize that the symptoms are just the effects of the underlying problem. Instead of treating the symptoms, you need to diagnose the causal factors of the problem.
Through the knowledge gathered via the diagnosis, you can find the root cause. Now it requires actions to rectify the causal factors (behavior changes) that brought on the problem. When this is achieved the problem is fully dissolved.
Diagnose means, through way of knowledge. Finding the true knowledge is needed for you to be able to make the correct action steps to rectify any problem.
What is True knowledge?? What is TRUTH?? As stated back in the (Desire to know Truth blog), it is important to understand the defenition of TRUTH. Here it goes, pay close attention. TRUTH is OBJECTIVE meaning its NOT based on the human perspective. TRUTH is simply, that which is. TRUTH will always be TRUTH in the past and in the present. TRUTH is that which does not waiver. Human perception waivers, so TRUTH is independent of your perceptions.
Everyone wants their perception to be truth, BUT that doesn’t make it so. When confronted to our “truth” or belief, the EGO has a very difficult time dealing with it. That is why when you take in false information and you believe that to be “true”, the falsehood is then cemented to our intelectual EGO. That is why its takes a long time to recognize it as false. That is why sometimes, it takes a tragedy or some huge event to break the EGO. Our mental will is not strong enough to break the calcification of the EGO. The EGO is too strong and will not allow it.
But we must ask ourselves, is the EGO in charge of our lives? Is that our master? Do we just accept truth from whom ever because of their status over us like our parents, teachers, doctors, preachers, government officials, money, ect…. But at what point do we start asking ourselves, am I just a slave to my EGO? Does my brain just follow my EGO without any questions? Has my EGO grown out of control and now governs my mind, emotions and actions. Is my EGO, really my creation or has other people and society helped me to create it?
When we diagnose ourselves, we start peeling away the lies and the illusions. We start to unlearn and clean up the EGO. We start seeing that I am NOT my EGO and that the EGO is not my master. It is just an essential part of our humanism, its a defense mechanism to help us survive. We then can reclaim our power from it. We start to understand that our true pawer is in the Heart. The Heart is where God resides.
