All great questions…

We are all energy beings…meaning that we can only be alive if we have a certain amount of energy running through our biological body.  When our hearts stop, or go into cardiac arrest, doctors use a Defibrillator Paddle that produces between 200 - 1000 watts to restart the heart.  We are biological electromagnetic beings. All the energy we emit is in a state of vibration.  These are many interesting scientific FACTS about energy and the humane biological body. 

I invite you at this time to identify any energy which is present within you and around you.  Close your eyes and start to feel this energy using all your senses.  As you start to feel them, DO NOT name the feeling. Instead, use other adjectives like what degree does the energy feel like??  Does the energy feel heavy or light?? Or does the energy feel high intense, medium or low energy.??  After identifying that energy, ask yourself if the energy is coming from within you, outside of you or both? Ask if I am creating this energy or is the energy just present? Do I claim that the energy is mine or someone else's? Well, Albert Einstein said that “energy can not be created nor destroyed”….so this means that the energy one feels was not created by you!  All energy has already been created by God (The Universe).  All that we are doing is feeling the vibration of the energy running through our biological body.  Plato said “Everything is in motion”.  All the energy we feel inside us or outside of us is just the vibration of the energy that is present.  Using this perspective, God made humans in their image and likeness, meaning that we can NOT create energy but He gave us the ability to transform the vibration of that energy. Only GOD can create, but what He gave us was the ability to manipulate and transform the vibration of that energy at our will, OUR FREE WILL.   When we transform energy, we are changing its vibration.  We do this with our conscience and subconscious mind every second of our lives. Think about this for a moment. The energy in water can be transformed into ice or steam. The energy is the same but the vibration is different. Each state of that water has a different purpose. We humans can do the same. We have the ability to change the frequencies of energy inside of us called Emotions. All emotions have a purpose and we have the ability to control its properties. Unlike water which only hase three properties, solid liquid and gas, emotions have many properties. We truly are alchemist becouse we possess the ability to change the vibration of all the energy (emotions) inside of us. It is a choice and a God given gift.

When we start to label the emotions that we feel, what we essentially are doing is that we are identifying that the particular emotion is who we are. But in reality, that energy is NOT who we are and what we are feeling is just a degree of energy that is present.  Also, the energy that you feel was transformed mostly by YOU.  You were the one that transformed that energy whether you are aware of it or NOT.  There are 2 ways to feel an energy (emotion) that is present,  you either transformed an existing energy to another frequency and at that moment you felt the change.  Or you attracted the an energy to you and you felt that vibration unite or repel. Humans have an incredible ability to feel the slighted vibtational energy shift within us.  We have many senses like smell, taste, sight, touch, hearing and intuition.  We use all of our senses to feel the slightest vibrational shift.  Every shift of energy we call an EMOTION.  Every person feels these shifts differently, so we name them.  Just look at the 100’s of labels we have created to identify emotions.  Every emotion is an energy shift of vibration. 

In truth, we are the manipulator of that energy shift. We are the architect of the experiences of our lives.  We are using the power that God gifted us with. He has gifted all of us this incredible power to be able to transform energy.  Keep in mind that we do this every second of the day.  When you become AWARE that you have this power within, you can start to manipulate the energy to whatever you want.  We all possess the power of choice which ultimately manipulates the energy shift. We are using the power to manipulate energy in the likeness of God.  We are creating all the experiences of our life as individuals and as a community through our own choices with a free will to do so.  We are doing all of this on our own.  God has nothing to do with what you create because he gave us absolute power and free will to do as we please.  It seems like on earth Humans are the only beings with this ability to transform energy to this capacity. That is why God gave us dominion over all things of this earth (Genesis 1:26)
