All is Mind

God is all MIND.  His THOUGHTS are his creation. His energy is the ACTION that brings his thoughts into creation. “Let there be Light” was the thought of God that came from Mind. His energy was the action that made that possible. When light came to be, there was a reaction to Gods Action.  From that Action all the elements of the periodical table were created. So in the Bible,  it states that on day 2 water and earth was created, the elements.

The creation story goes on for many chapters and it’s extremely interesting when applying a perspective of Mind, Thoughts and Action. With every Action in the creation story, there is a REACTION.

If God used these principles for his creation, and God created us in his image and likeness, that means, this is how we create. We do this consciously and unconsciously every day of our lives. The secret is being consciously AWARE of what we are creating, what ACTIONS are we taking, and seeing that the REACTION is part of our creation. We OWN it…..Its ours!!

In the human body we create with our Mind of course, but it’s a bit more to it than that.  We have 3 brains:

1. Our head brain which split into 2 halves: Left Brain = LOGIC Right brain = CREATIVITY

2. Our Heart brain is where we carry our discernment, where we find TRUTH

3. Our Gut brain is where intuition and ACTION comes from.

This is NOT metaphysical or an allegory. Science has already discovered that we have brain cells in our heart that calculate and brain cells in our gut that also calculates.  These are FACTS and all three play a crucial role in what we are creating everyday.  Every day we are making decisions and choices. Every day we are creating the life we are currently in through these choices.  The choices we are making are coming from FREE WILL.  That means you own ALL OF IT..!!  You own the life you are living. When you profoundly understand this, than you will be able to create what you really desire. Understanding this takes Logic and a certain IQ from the Head Brain. It also takes Heart brain to find Truth in it and it also takes Guts to put it into ACTION.

Let’s take a closer look of why it’s difficult to follow this principle .  First, we have this thing called the EGO.  This EGO is useful and has an important role in our lives. The EGO was created as a protection mechanism. The EGO serves the mind but it is easiy influenced. The EGO can become extremely powerful when we allow it to be. The EGO will take over all the functions of Head brains when the Body, emotions and spirit does not do what it was designed to do. If you are not in control, then the EGO will take it. In truth, the EGO does not want do something its not designed to do. But it will and make a mess out of things. When this occurs, it becomes extremely difficult for you to get back control.  You and your EGO are in a continuous struggle for this control. When we loose that battle, and the EGO has finally taken All the power, then you will become a slave to your EGO. This is true, blanket statement, not my opinion. (I will always let you know when my opinion  is stated)

The EGO is located inside the brain and has access to both the Logic and creativity of the brain.  Its like an older brother you never knew you had. The EGO is there mainly to protect us from danger.  What is danger??….A bear chasing me. YES!! Being in a room full of people and having my anxiety overtake my emotions. No!!  Not danger….But, the EGO treat both situations as the same thing.  So when your EGO takes control it overrides the MIND (all logic & creativity) then the body will get a rush of adrenaline from your adrenal glands. When the adrenaline reaches the HEART it shuts down the ability to search for truth. And finally, your action from your GUT will be what ever your habit you created. (sweat, cry, can’t breathe, runaway, fight, scream, freeze, or whatever your habit is).  The EGO does not ask for your permission to take over all functions….it just takes it. It is up to you to recognize when the EGO is attempting to override the whole system. To do this takes AWARENESS. How do we become AWARE??  Well that is the inner journey to our HEART brain to search for the Truth. How do we search for Truth?? By identifying all that is false. (Go to my Desire for Finding Truth blog).  The EGO is filled with illusions that we put there, that our parents put there, that our religion put there, that our society put there, that our schools put there, and on and on it goes.  It’s this programming that we introduced to the EGO which it absorbed as “truth” That is why we need to clean it up.  Or better said we need to empty it out.  When Jesus said, empty your self. This is what he’s talking about. We need to give up our False Self,  meaning we purge all the false information out of the EGO and “sacrifice” it. You must “sacrifice” the False Self so our TRUE SELF can rise. When this occurs, you will be in full control of all three Brains, then you become Holistically Intelligent. MIND-HEART-GUT or MIND-BODY-SPIRIT or FATHER-SON-HOLY SPIRT or MIND, THOUGHT, ACTION.  All three aspects of your body are balanced and in alignment with all three aspects with GOD. (As above so below)
